An example of the hard work that they do: A consultant for our company was traveling between Canada, Dubai, and Nigeria. En route from Dubai to Nigeria, her luggage was lost and she found herself in her hotel with only the clothes on her back. I called Air Supply’s emergency line and GNT was extremely helpful. GNT put in several calls to the airline company, the airport in Lagos and Dubai, and after a tense 24 hours, had located her luggage. The luggage was still in Dubai, but GNT arranged for her luggage to be flown to Nigeria, and set in safe keeping at the airport. The consultant then was able to retrieve her luggage successfully at the airport. GNT kept me apprised of the situation the entire time by phone and email, and I relayed the information to our consultant. All of this was done outside of normal working hours.
Air Supply actually saves us money on flights, and through their close relationships with airlines, they will find us the best deals and occasional free upgrades.
